ORDERED FROM WHATS MODE, ONLINE STORE. I FINALLY RECIEVED MY SHOES A MONTH AFTER I ORDER THEM.

I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE, 2 DAYS LATER I WAS GIVEN THE TRACKING INFO AND STILL WAITED.HOWEVER, THE SCANDALS ARE NOT WHAT I ORDERED. THESE SCANDALS LOOK LIKE ORTHOPEDIC SHOES. THEIR RETURN POLICY SUCKS!!! YOU PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING &YOU ARE NOT REFUNDED YOUR MONEY.

YOU WILL GET CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ANOTHER PURCHASE. I DO NOT WANT CREDIT, BECAUSE I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I WILL TAKE MY LOST AND DONATE THESE SHOES TO A BLIND WOMAN WITH BAD FEET!!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

My experience was horrible. 6 months of complaints regarding not receiving products I purchased to either be ignored or told they’re looking into it to then be ignored.

I ordered 3 jackets from them in November. In December I sent my first e mail with the order # to be ignored. Then I sent another in January for them to say they’ll look into it. Then nothing. Then I sent 5 more to get the same response of no response or they’re Looking into it. Then they ask the order # when It’s on the email and my e mail address when it’s on the e mail. I’ve tried messaging them on messenger for them to ignore or say to e mail complaints. I’ve posted warnings to others on Facebook about them. They’re thrives and customer service is beyond pathetic.

TERRIBLE!!!!!

I placed an order over a month ago,,,, received Email my order had been shipped. 14 days later my order has not been received....

Phone number for Company is not correct , They will not answer questions about order??? I'm so pissed.... So what do we do? Now it's a go to the bank,,,turn them in for fraud,,,fight for who know's how long to get your money back??

This is a awful way to do business. I hope you are found out to be exactly what you are, no good!! Is there anyone that has had this problem? How did you get it resolved?????????????????????????????????????????

Could someone help? I really don't know what to do?

Do not order from this site!!

I placed an order with a total of $156 6 weeks ago and still do not have a tracking number. I have e mailed several times and they just reply with the same response each time which is "shipping takes anywhere from 4-6 weeks depending on your location" then I received an email saying "one of your items" is backordered yet they still haven't disclosed which item that is yet.

I am now just fed up and asked for my order to be cancelled and for a total refund.

Wish I would have read reviews before I placed an order with them. Lesson learned

Beware if your planning on buying. I’ve been waiting since before Easter for items to be sent.

Customer service is terrible.

On May 10th they sent a message saying one item was not in stock and they were refunding me and would take 5-10 days, still no refund 19 days later. Told me to be patient because customer service were processing lots of orders currently...tried to give me a code for discount on next purchase.....lol as if there is going to be a next purchase.

Ordered on May 2nd and as of 05-29-18 the items have not been shipped. I will be doing a claim through PayPal this company is ridiculous. It doesn't take 4 weeks to ship items in this day and age!! They received payment the same day I ordered 2 pair of sandals. All I got was an email that it may take 4-6 weeks due to the holiday. We were not even close to a holiday on 05-02-2018. I would never recommend Whatsmode to anyone. They have the worst customer service skills than any other company that I have dealt with. You cant even leave reviews on Facebook but they can post stupid crap but cant ship your items. Im not sure if they order their crap from China and then wait to get it to send to you and make bucko bucks but the heck with that company.

Don't order from them

I cancelled my order after receiving an email that my item was backordered. They've yet to charge back my money to my credit card. I've emailed them many times and I don't get a reply. I contacted my credit card company who provided me with a phone number for whatsmode.. The phone number belongs to a Kohls store in Kirkwood who has no affiliation with whatsmode.

Terrible service .

Hi all. Ordered and paid for 2 blouses in 12 Apr. 2018 it's 20 June. still no blouses . No response from Customer Service at all. I have e mailed several times now. No telephone # to contact them. Its like a ghost company unless they want your money before and order is taken . If someone knows a telephone # or a way i can contact them text me my # is 514.426.8889 Montreal , Qc I am from the Montreal Quebec, Canada region. I am not sure I am in the right place for my complaint . If anyone has any ideas what I can do next , please let me know. I ordered a sweater, leggings, a blouse and necklace in March and they have decided not to answer my emails. I sent a message today letting them know that if this is not shipped or reimbursed I will be contacting my credit card company and lodging a formal fraud complaint.

Don’t order from this site! I placed an order on 4.29.18 and received shipping info on 5.11.18.

Tracking continuously says “label created, not yet in system”. Customer service is no help. They don’t address the issue with tracking and keep telling me to use tracking.

I’ve opened a case with PayPal hoping to get my money back. Also, they hide comments on Facebook and delete negative comments on Instagram.

We have and order from 04/06/18 to Whatsmode, we haven't received any news yet only two wrong tracking numbers by the famous Jairo.If we haven't a solution inmediately, we will report this to the company PayPal and we will reclaimed the payment.

I placed an order on 4.25.18. After twice requesting tracking information, I was given a tracking number.

It is not valid, as my product hasn’t even been checked in yet. I ordered these for a special event, and it’s been almost a month and they’re not even shipped yet! I’ve emailed repeatedly and no response.

My next review/complaint will be to the Better Business Bureau. I’m so frustrated!

I too have been waiting for a delivery from your company for almost a month and have been given THREE fake tracking numbers so far after correspondence between myself and one of your customer service reps named "Sergio". I've sent around 7 emails within the past week in attempts to rectify this situation.

If I dont get the correct tracking number or a refund immediately I will also be reporting your company to the Better Business Bureau as well as PayPal. I needed the dress I ordered for a very special occasion- my daughter's out of town graduation which is quickly approaching and require ample time to make sure the dress fits properly and looks the way its supposed to incase I need to exchange.

I've been beyond patient and understanding. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

July 2nd i ordered 3 dresses been 4 weeks and all i get is a barrage of bogus emails. 2 to 6 weeks for delivery sorry for thr delay. Then whoever contacted me in messenger and wantef my email address pretty sure they blocked all messages from me. Someone needs to do something about these bogus *** scam sites!!!!!

Order never received

My order was never received and when i contacted them the shipping info was false. No tracking available. Its been 2 mths now. They then stopped responding to me. Such a big a disappointment to have a company out there like this. I should have done better research on this company. Please don't waste your time and do not use this company they just take your money. Bunch of thief's!

Clothes Cheaply Made & Not as Described /Arrive 2+ months after ordering

One thing I will say about WhatsMode is they do respond when you question where is your order and when is it expected to arrive. When I asked to return the items, as they arrived too late and where cheap quality, they informed me I would have to ship them back to China at my expense. Please note my shipment came from a warehouse in New York per the label. Also NOTE their website states you are responsible for any shipping charges to your destination also, which means you may receive $0.00 on your return. See Return Address Supplied for my return shipment. WhatsMODE, Return services Building 1, No. 7, Chengjian Road, No. 351 Minhang District, 201100 Shanghai China IF the carrier you selected does not recognize the previous address format, use the bellow: L1, 7-351 ChengJian Lu, MinHang , SH China I ordered (3) Sweaters. (2) of the sweaters were knit down the front lapel area and polyester blend the rest of the area. (1) sweater was knit/crochet it was very thin and the buttons are fake you have to pull this over your head.

I have requested a full refund at least 7 times regarding the "fake boots" I received. I finally got a real response from their company (see below) but have yet to receive any refund. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. This is from WhatsMode April 12th: My order number was #4117****"I went ahead and submitted the request for the refunds. It usually takes between 5 to 10 business days to be completed, depending on your bank.
