I have been waiting for a delivery from your company for almost a month and have been given THREE fake tracking numbers so far after correspondence between myself and one of your customer service reps named "Sergio". I've sent around 7 emails within the past week in attempts to rectify this situation.
If I dont get the correct tracking number or a refund immediately I will also be reporting your company to the Better Business Bureau as well as PayPal. I needed the dress I ordered for a very special occasion- my daughter's out of town graduation which is quickly approaching and require ample time to make sure the dress fits properly and looks the way its supposed to incase I need to exchange.
I've been beyond patient and understanding. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
