I have requested a full refund at least 7 times regarding the "fake boots" I received. I finally got a real response from their company (see below) but have yet to receive any refund. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. This is from WhatsMode April 12th: My order number was #41173600"I went ahead and submitted the request for the refunds. It usually takes between 5 to 10 business days to be completed, depending on your bank.
