Ordered 2 jumpers, and when they finally arrived they were TERRIBLE quality, absolutely awful. Initiated a refund and sent the 2 jumpers back by recorded delivery. The items were received on 1st June, and yet I still haven't received my refund.
I've followed up numerous times. Here are the emails from them:
"I went ahead and notified the logistics team about the returned package, it usually takes between 5 to 10 business days to be completed, depending on your bank."
"I reported your order along with the data you provided, they will proceed with the refund procedures, you should get refunded in a time frame of one to two weeks."
"We apologize you have not received your refund yet. I placed another refund request on your behalf. It usually takes from 5 to 10 business days to be completed depending on your bank, please wait until the period is over before following up again."
I emailed AGAIN on 20th July but have not had a response yet.
